OUR WAY OF WORKING
Payments and subscriptions
Direct subscriptions renew according to the plan chosen at checkout. Manage cancellation using the Stripe billing portal. Marketplace purchases follow their separate applicable terms.
Support and availability
Reasonable availability and security practices will be applied, but service-level commitments must be explicitly agreed and published before they are offered.
